David Chin, Director
David has over 10 years of experience in executive search across Asia and North America, specializing in financial and legal services. His interest in human development and wellness led him to a learning sabbatical where he obtained a Master’s degree and mentorship in Sport Psychology, followed by research in neuroscience. This unique perspective led him to founding Axon Talent, a talent consultancy with the single purpose of helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
Anthony Chin, Consultant
Anthony is a shareholder and Consultant at Axon Talent. He brings extensive business management and global leadership expertise from multiple industries spanning consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and staffing. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for The Adecco Group in Hong Kong, one of the largest talent solutions companies in the world.
Ralf Drache, Advisor
Ralf is a business advisor to Axon Talent. As a seasoned business owner and investor doing business between Europe and Asia, he provides valuable insight to the ever-evolving business, economic and geopolitical landscapes. Originally from Germany, Ralf has made Hong Kong his home since 2017.
